Method :: We start by analysing the subject inner psych for their heart’s desire. This can have varying results depending on the subject, but it’s useful information to have to determine how to proceed.
Some subjects will already desire dronification, this is the simplest result and the easiest to convert. Others may have a desire for something tangentially related, however, at which point it is the goal of the conversion chamber to persuade the subject of the similarities between the two.
Once this connection has been established, slowly encourage the subject to come to the same conclusion as us, that becoming a drone is what it truly wants.
Then turn on the spirals and leave its mind to empty for 22 hours.
